This is a great song that I enjoyed growing up in Memphis.Did I hear the Pilgrim Travelers singing backup? It sure sounds like them. Thanks for sharing.Wish I had known about You Tube Gospel Music before my husband passed two years ago.He would have loved listening to all of this great gospel music.

@DeeNice681 Joe may was also called the Male Mahalia. Mahalia was cool with brother May having that title. Is it not ironic that both of them died in 1972?

I love "ole time religion" gospel music. I'm 35 and I grew up in a Methodist Church and I truly miss these songs!!!! The purity when they sang these songs was amazing and when the anointing fell on them.....
