it's not that hard to mod a car from gta. it's like "modding" the banshee into a viper or a cocquette into a corvette. the cars are already almost identical.

mate you cannot mosd xbox games unless you have a hybrid xbox in your computer. Usually its replacing files with the origional ones or some games use a modding program to do that for you.

one question i have plz answer....why none one gives a shit about making custom cars for GTA4?? for GTA-SA there are about 5000custom made cars, and for GTA4 this is 5th i think...WTF??? it has some sort of protection?

The ability of making cars in 3D programs and export them for GTA IV has only been discovered about July 2nd, and at the moment, all modders are testing to make their models as bugless as possible. In about a week or two, the GTA IV mods section on different sites will be flooded, I can assure you.
