This should really be remade on PS3 and Xbox360. I used to have PSX (still do) but now I have Xbox360, but I love this game. They could really do this game up and improve graphics and the amount of digimon you can use.

I replayed this recently. I did everything the game offered that i couldn't do when i was a kid. I was by the end of the game when my agumon evolved into Greymon, i couldn't believe it... I took care of him really well and explored all the island with my killing machine... until... i thought he was going to die, everything stopped and he evolved into MetalGreymon... I REALLY wasn't expecting that (he was like my 5º digimon). I was happy for days. I gave him all the stat chips i had saved.

Until he had all atributes at max.

Then I went on a rampage and killed every Digimon on the Island. I went through Mt Infinity without losing and beated Machinedramon. And then I went for the rematch and won again... MetalGreymon died short after finishing the game at 100%...

But I think that was the best ending i could have asked for... it was so... absolute
