@Mappel2006 If you look at the distance it takes to establish an ark when offering up the jumper loop to the live wire it is only several inches or so, which is about what one would expect from 66kv. However this work is unusual in that the line is live and appears to be under load, so when the circuit is broken there is a high amount of current and the ark is drawn out to several feet before it breaks. Usually a circuit breaker would be operated to extinguish the ark so as to avoid this.
From the initial arc length as well as isolator appearance and size, it is possibly 66kV.
I've been on a 150/60/10/0,4 kV station while studying. We've seen 60kV breakers open and close and the special contact area created multiple small arcs at around 4-5cm length each or less.
In many situations the arc length is around 1cm/10kV.
That looks like a really fiddly job

@soundseeker63 Ok, I understand. Well, for me 66kV voltage is not a very common here we have two lines, one 69 and another of 230 Kv.
