What can I say? a CLASSIC instrumental strait to number 1 in pop chart September 1973. I was for EVER huming my own rendition of this though everyone kept telling me & rightly so there are no words for me to sing it but I STILL insisted on trying to sing it though I was only 5 years old, loved this tune then as I STILL do. Oh Matt Monrowe has a version that is called And You Smiled sung to this tune so there are NOW words to it after all so I'd better get cracking on that all them years later.

Lovely Dutch nursery rhyme melody. I recall this played also in the movie about the demise of the coal mines called "Brassed Off" where it was played by the miner's brass band, ala David Jones. :) And the audio for "Eye Level" here is utterly fantastic! Thanks for posting.
