It's freakin animated! There IS nothing under tifas outer clothes- it would b a waste of computation to compute what she looks like under them since u aren't supposed to c anything there, and besides, it would get in the way of the clothes! (sry, I do animation 2, and it bugs me when ppl say that kind of thing. And I'm not a girl!)
