My sister's cat looks like that but is more... expanding when he lays down but strecthes really long when he walks

I made the mistake of giving -- way too much sour cream once (about 2 table spoon fulls) .... had the runs for about a month.
--now she looks at sourcream like - uh I don't know, should I? - she still says yes. Sadly only little amounts from now on - same goes for ice cream.
