~shame on the marshalls! We pay them through our taxes and they just follow orders from their superiors. Its past time waking up, its time for a violent revolution and let the chips fall where they may~
Why cant they just leave people alone? them not paying taxes arent hurting anyone....they just know if they dont, then others wont and the government cant have that.
Murderous marshalls are cowards hiding in scrub like rapists waiting for a victim. They're also terrorists. Remember, "kill the T so we'll be safe." You marshalls (pubic enemy) should be shooting one another left & right so the public will be safe from your tyranny.
the marshall service was formed to capture run away slaves who crossed state lines. during prohibition they murdered hundreds of opponents of prohibition in the midwest. in the 70s the murdered hundreds of puerto ricans who supported statehood. and so it goes.
Alcohol tobaco and firearms, yes.. but it has nothing to do with "the government's income" since it doesn't have one.
Since Wilson signed the FRA our taxes stopped going to the treasury, and started going to the federal reserve, from which the fed Borrows every penny it spends (at interest)
Because of the way it is set up, if we ALL paid 100% in taxes, and 100% of it went to the debt, it would never go away because every penny we use has an interest due.
So by your definition if you see a Waco or Ruby Ridge happening then it's perfectly okay for you to go there with weapons and obstruct US Marshals from doing their jobs by serving valid and legal arrest warrants.
You must be one of those "suicide by cop" people I read about in the papers from time to time.

There was nothing "wrong" about that whole situation, other than what Danny did. The Marshals had that place surrounded the whole time but were hesitant to go in there because they were afraid it would turn into another Waco (Ed threatened to do just that).
What you've been reading is the side from the people who think it's okay to bring weapons to a place surrounded by cops.
I'm all for having my greivances addressed by the government, but there's a right way and a wrong way to do it - this is the classic example of the wrong way.
The problem is that they were never voted on by the public, stay in place contrary to public preference, and in some cases clearly violate constitutional law.
There do need to be taxes, but responsible use of that tax money should be the single most critical consideration - not how to squeeze more more and more out of us.
They knowingly spend on programs the US public makes clear they do not support -- making use of tax money for that purpose an actual crime..
The laws that are on the books pertaining to the federal income tax are established on income derived from the sale, distribution, or manufacture of alcohol, tobacco or firearms. They always quote the statute, but if you follow what the statute defines, you will see that it's only relevant to income from ATF. There are a couple others but very obscure. Only 30% of the governments income comes from income taxes. Do you think we could do away with 30% of our spending?
Compensation for labor or services, paid in the form of wages or salary, has been universally held by the courts of this republic to be income, subject to the income tax laws currently applicable. . . . [Taxpayer] seems to have been inspired by various tax protesting groups across the land who postulate weird and illogical theories of tax avoidance all to the detriment of the common weal [sic] and of themselves. United States v. Romero, 640 F.2d 1014, 1016 (9th Cir. 1981).
There's also that pesky 8th Amendment "neither slavery nor involuntary servitude...shall exist within the United States... and the 10th Amendment "Powers not delegated to the U.S. by the Constitution ...are reserved to the States ...or to the people" Funny how those were not repealed when the 16th Amendment was added. A blatant contradiction. Furthermore, what gives an IRS agent the right to steal, extort, murder, trespass, etc? The 16th Amendment & thus the entire tax code is B.S.
Nice rant, but income tax is not any form of servitude under the 8th amendment and the 10th doesn't matter because Congess was given the power to tax in section 8.
If Congress already had the power to impose a progressive income tax, there would be no need to pass the 16th Amendment. So why did they?
Income tax is absolutely involuntary servitude. Involuntary, because we are forced to pay. We are not allowed to opt out. If we try, we are imprisoned or killed. Servitude, because the fruits of our labor are seized by the government. About half our career we spend generating money for the government. Serving the government.
The 16th amendment removed the requirement for apportioning income tax.
If the requirements of the tax laws were to be classed as servitude, they would not be the kind of involuntary servitude referred to in the Thirteenth Amendment.
Porth v. Brodrick
The specification, that the act violates the Thirteenth Amendment by imposing involuntary servitude upon an employer of domestic servants, seems to us far-fetched, indeed frivolous.).
Interesting. Are the Amendments considered a part of the Constitution? If so, an Amendment giving Congress the power to do something in a different way would then legally add that power to those in the Constitution. Thoughts?
I have no respect for legal precedent. If a man in a robe says something it doesnt make it true. Judges should respect law. The law is defined by words. If they dont respect the meaning of those words, then whats the point? If the words are too vague, then change them.
You're right, I have very little respect for the judicial branch of the U.S. government. I see it as a system of laws forced on people by a coercive monopoly. There are so many laws, it's impossible to keep track. The laws are interpreted in different ways by different judges & juries. Many punish victimless crimes.
I think it's interesting how you separate the "how" from the power, when the "how" defines the power. & places very deliberate limits on that power.
For example, If I have the power to defend myself, and someone attempts to slap me, I don't have the power to decapitate them with a chain saw. This would be an example of claiming to have a power regardless of the "how" used to define it.
I define "defense" as the prevention of harm against yourself. Using force to stop an attacker qualifies. We define what force is justified based on the circumstances & how it's carried out.
Taxation, like defense, is a general term. If limits are not placed on it, then the government could stop anyone on the street and demand that they empty their wallet. Does the government have the power to do that? If not, then the government's powers are limited by how taxes are to be collected.
Killing an attacker does prevent that attacker from harming you. Im done with that debate.
Voting is a joke. Politicians do not represent voters. They represent large campaign contributors, because only by pleasing large contributors can they get re-elected. So according to your logic, there are no limits on power. I believe that's almost entirely right. If there were limits in the Constitution theyre ineffective. The only effective limit on power expansion is government collapse.
I agree. Proportional force is justified. Excessive force is not. But many people would disagree that the word "defend" can only mean force that is proportional. That is why words must be clarified. That is why powers are further defined by how an action can be taken.
People like you cherry pick pieces of the Constitution. You claim that the word "tax" defines a power. But the explanation of how Congress may tax does not. That treatment of law is why our law is so easily bent.
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises...but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States
Amendment 16-Income Tax
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Exactly. They did not have the power to tax in this way, until the 16th Amendment was added.
And the 16th amendment is invalid, because involuntary servitude means involuntary servitude. If they were only talking about slavery, then they would not have stated "neither slavery nor involuntary servitude."
When a judge claims that having our wages stolen by the government under the real threat of violent force & imprisonment, is not involuntary servitude, they are denying the reality of the IRS.
If the requirements of the tax laws were to be classed as servitude, they would not be the kind of involuntary servitude referred to in the Thirteenth Amendment.

Mr commie contd. I am a District coordinator for the campaign for Liberty. My statement Whoop te do was aimed at another persons comment not the video. Quoting the bible and living a Christian life are two different things. you do neither. so take your socially engineered, fluoridated neo conservative sodium nitrated, barium breathing anger out on your true enemies and know that I Love you even though you are completely ignorant.
The ultimate ignorance is the rejection of something you know nothing about and refuse to investigate. Dr. Wayne Dyer
If you took the time to investigate my channel you would see my great disdain for the entire fraudulent united states corporation. I went to DC in July with 10,000 other protestors. I went to both the RNC and DNC conventions to protest.
Reallity is what it is, and sometimes that is hard to face. Your response demonstrates how well you know I am right. And it angers you.
There is nothing that can be done except be so poor that nobody gives a shit. But the minute one starts to collect assets, he's in the game, and that is reality.
And as for our constitution, that didn't last a generation. It's just a piece of paper now. So again, Pay or be jailed!
Hey commie the whoop te do was a little sarcasm I guess you didn't view my channel before you started your vulgar explosion. Does every one at your christen church have as vulgar a mouth as you Mr hard working Christian. Sounds reasonable, you can be free as long as you dont impede on others freedoms.
Thats how I understand it.

It's ironic that the Browns and their supporters are "outraged" that the Feds tasered this man. It wouldn't have happened if the Browns hadn't REPEATEDLY told the media that they were armed and that "The only way we're coming out of our home is as free man and free woman or in body bags."
The Feds had reason to believe the Browns and their supporters were dangerous, and they took every precaution to avoid an armed stand-off that would endanger the lives of agents AND "tax protesters."
It is their right to "be armed" they never concealed that fact, they could have, they were honest about that. So they prewarned that if any unlawful action was taken against them (which there was) that they would die for their cause and use their right to defend themselves. Theres nothing wrong with that.
Mercenaries do not uphold the law, case in point theres no law against these folks or law broken to justify arrest. There must be "a law" in order to actually "break it". They broke no law
...and what was the unlawful action taken against them? It looks to me like they were lawfully arrested and convicted by a jury of their peers. But what do I know about the law; I'm just a lawyer.
if you watch the documentary that I already mentioned, "Freedom to Facism" by Aaron Russo, thats exactly what happens, after the "tax evader" won his state trial, it goes to the supreme court, and there is no federal law to uphold normal citizens paying an income tax.

Nice video. I love the New Hampshire forest setting.
It gets me to thinking of the nature of federal marshals, and how they should have conducted this operation. First, they should have popped Danny Riley in the cervical vertebrae with a .50 caliber round. Failing that, instead of tackling the fuckwit and slitting his throat, as he and the Browns deserve, they tasered him. On a more positive note, they're going to lock this piece of shit up for decades. Couldn't have happened to a nicer fella.
I'm not sure what you mean by thumping but you don't have to choose between doing zilch and doing something violent. Do something now that is peaceful and opposes the man.
you're wrong. you just need to expand your definition of 'means.'
if you want to change fundamental aspects of our government and yet keep the day-to-day largely the same, you're going to fail.
remove yourself, peacefully, from their system entirely and you will have all the change you want. and if more people do it, they'll have no slaves to power their machines and... it will force their hand and they'll start killing us more openly. see you in the blue zone, i hope! ;)
no, i sent it to local tv stations...or at least sent them to this link. But no interest. So we must rely on ourselves to do the things that need doing by way of getting info out. Send friends to this video for starters, if you like.
Of course not! Ed Brown's situation, along with anyone else who hasn't payed income taxes, will never be mentioned on any TV station. Cant have you finding out whats really going on...
Of course not. Why would they mention this on TV? Do you know how the mainstream media works? Its there to keep you stupid while they marginalize anything that threatens their power. Ed Brown was resisting the illegal tax, they wont talk about it! They shoot at the dog walker, it would be an embarrassment, so it never happened! This is to much information for the public good.
Busted, they completely lied and there's the proof. They were asked if what the guy said was true "Did you fire at the brown supporter" While shaking head no they said "We did not use deadly force". They wanted to mislead people into believing they didn't shoot without actually saying they didn't shoot in those words. However "we did not use deadly force" is still a lie, they used deadly force but didn't succeed. Too bad so sad, if I was in the jury not guilty would be how I'd find the protester
arright just a quick reminder here: If you post a message here threatening to kill people in even a slightly non-defensive context, and I see that message...I will take it down! Same goes for libel, but other than that it's say whatever you like.
A note for those of you who share my concerns about overbearing government: Try being a little less overbearing yourselves! I want people on this site who disagree with me, that's the whole point! So don't chase 'em off; give rreddell a little slack.
you americans who think that you're living in a free country are nuts. that ended the day your president had his head blown off by a terrorist organisation called the cia.
This video proves the fact that all cops lie every day as condition of employment. Testilie is what they call it. In a real "justice system", that would destroy the credibility of police and render them incompetent witnesses. Police state death squads are the only way to coerce the sheeple to vountarily "consent" under duress to sign civil contracts to waiver their constitutionally guaranteed God-given right to own property and right to travel without an internal passport extorted at gunpoint.

I would like to point out that after the arrests, law enforcement personnel began searching the home and found weapons, ammunition, explosive devices and booby traps. Law enforcement officials found twenty "suspected pipe bombs," nine "destructive devices," bags of high explosives hanging in the trees, smoke grenades, materials for partially constructed nail bombs, two .50-caliber rifles, 18 other guns, and over 60,000 rounds of ammunition.
Because they do not believe in the legality of income tax and they wanted to prevent their arrest. You do not have to be a genious to figure that out. Furthermore do not label me right versus left, those two are just bullshit labels to confuse the issue of there being up and down in relation to government tyranny, but I digress.
Be honest with yourself, admit that you pay taxes because you are intimidated by the power of police, hell this is most people, although some brainwash themselves into thinking income tax is needed by the community so that they dont face their helplessness. Self-delusion is so nice. By the way I am not saying you have to do anything about it, just be honest with your own feelings.

Sorry, but you are a Leftie...
As for the legality of income tax... Please take that issue up with the Supreme Court... I hate paying taxes also.. but I also realize its part of the reason that made the USA great! Now.. I know you will cringe when I say this... "GOD BLESS THE USA" :)
Sorry but I am not a a leftie or a rightie, I am a libertarian which is neither. Lookup Freedom Force International and research collectivism versus individualism. Taxes did not make USA great you brainwashed sheeple. They did a good job on you didnt they at school? Thoroughly indoctrinated you are.
Respect for rugged individualism is what made USA great, founding fathers created a libertarian document in the constitution, that also made USA great. Taxes did not make USA great, hell they had to pass an amendment to ram income tax down the peoples throat, which incidentally came along with the fed more or less and thats when the inflation really kicked in. I bet you didnt learn any of that in your government programming center *cough* school.
RREDDELL, ur a fuckin idiot, learn2read, better yet, learn2click google. shit for brains, it is the 21st century. USA!USA!USA! we're #1! wup the fuckin do! it's morons like u, completely ill-informed on history&USConst. that made us the laughing stock of the world. There's nothing funnier than a moron, incognizant of the fact that he is one,yet just TOO proud of being one,&feel the need2 let the world know about it. Gee,wonder why ALL of the FOUNDERs were AGAINST CentralBanks &unapportioned tax.
Now who's sounding like a lefty? Do weapons in the hands of the populace make you wet your pants? Is that conservative of you? How worried are you about the infinitely more dangerous weapons in the hands of "our" reckless government? If you think Washington isn't reckless my question would be who shipped weapons to Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden?
When your the biggest and best... people seem to find the little thing you did wrong.. (look at Wal-Mart & Microsoft)
Weapons in the hands of the general populace I'm all for.. Heck I have my Class A in the communist state of Mass and I encourage all my friends to go out and do the same... BUT I also feel that not everyone should have the right to have guns.. just like not everyone is ok to drive a car... The more qualified people and legal people carrying the better IMHO...
RREDDELL, it's dumbfuck morons like you who shouldn't own guns. Go blow head off on bambi on weekends, delusional prick. 2nd amd's PRIMARY purpose IS to prevent tyranny, by foreign OR domestic govt. &gvt bootlickers like u, r the 1st ones tyrants come4. If u can sellout ur own neighbor, 4perceived protection under tyranny, they know better than2 keep rats like u, who can easily turn on them, around. RIGHT is NOT a privilege, like a license. LookUp the difference b/w in-alienable & un-alienable.
That's a good point about the biggest and best. No it's not appropriate to nitpick every little thing except.... we are forced at gunpoint to pay for every little thing!
Why should I have to compare our govt. only to other countries? Why can't I compare it to Sears and United Way?
its called the 2nd amendment..... oh and 50 cals are legal to own. dont like it? write your legistrators. why do people like flashy fast sport cars, just cause someone owns one doesnt mean they are going to break the speed limit.
"1935 will go down in History! For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration! Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient and the world will follow our lead to the future!"
They had enough weaponry for a small army because that is exactly what was sneaking around in the bushes outside of their house and around their property.
Would you show up at a gun fight with a baseball bat? Or would you fight fire with fire and show up with the exact weaponry as your opponent?
Though I see the smoke on the video, I find it strange that smoke would even be visible from a normal firearm. What was that marshall shooting that would create so much smoke?
guns fyi shoot bullets propelled by "gun power" when a round is struck a spark and gunpower create a small explosion inside the rifle. Thus the bullet exits the gun as well as smoke from the small explosion. It is a small amount of powder but you'll notice when lighting off a couple shots that smoke is a just as present as a "bang!". I highly suggest you check out a shooting range, its alot of fun and target practice is a great wau to pass the time on a sunday.
I also shoot, though perhaps I should have been a little clearer. It isn't the presence of the smoke, but the quantity in the vid that surprises me. After watching again, it could look this way due to lighting and poor vid quality.
I remember having heard that when Oliver Stone was making 'JFK' they had to use a smoke machine for the grassy knoll shot because none of the firearms they tried created smoke visible enough for a camera. Though they were surely using blanks, meaning less powder.
Or they could've knocked on his door but no I think this was a much better, easier, and simpler solution to detain him. lol

The "compound" or home as I like to call it wasn't surrounded until after this incident. They were only "observing" during this video.
Yes the Browns had a warrant out but hadn't been served yet, they were trying to get them w/o getting any officers hurt.
Didn't you see that they failed to identify themselves and then shot at this man?
There's alot more but you have to have an open mind to understand. .

There was nothing "wrong" about that whole situation, other than what Danny did. The Marshals had that place surrounded the whole time but were hesitant to go in there because they were afraid it would turn into another Waco (Ed threatened to do just that).
They had the place staked out for months.

Correct ... SORT OF.

Here is the law: Title 26
Section 1, imposes the tax
Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.
RetSquid 2 years ago
Incedentally, me and my buddies just put together a constitution, then defined some laws too.
Section 1 imposes mandatory tribute.
Section 61 defines swag
Section 63 defines labor
Section 6012 requires you to give us your swag and undergo forced labor for us.
Section 6151 states that you will lick our boots and the time and place fixed for bootlicking.
It's all a-ok, because it's the law. I'm sure you'll comply, otherwise we'll be justified in sending men with guns to force you to do so.

The 16th Amendment & thus the entire tax code is B.S.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
Nice rant, but income tax is not any form of servitude under the 8th amendment and the 10th doesn't matter because Congess was given the power to tax in section 8.
So, no contradiction at all.
RetSquid 2 years ago
If Congress already had the power to impose a progressive income tax, there would be no need to pass the 16th Amendment. So why did they?
Income tax is absolutely involuntary servitude. Involuntary, because we are forced to pay. We are not allowed to opt out. If we try, we are imprisoned or killed. Servitude, because the fruits of our labor are seized by the government. About half our career we spend generating money for the government. Serving the government.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
The 16th amendment removed the requirement for apportioning income tax.
If the requirements of the tax laws were to be classed as servitude, they would not be the kind of involuntary servitude referred to in the Thirteenth Amendment.
Porth v. Brodrick
The specification, that the act violates the Thirteenth Amendment by imposing involuntary servitude upon an employer of domestic servants, seems to us far-fetched, indeed frivolous.).
Abney v. Campbell
RetSquid 2 years ago
Interesting. Are the Amendments considered a part of the Constitution? If so, an Amendment giving Congress the power to do something in a different way would then legally add that power to those in the Constitution. Thoughts?
I have no respect for legal precedent. If a man in a robe says something it doesnt make it true. Judges should respect law. The law is defined by words. If they dont respect the meaning of those words, then whats the point? If the words are too vague, then change them.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
The Amendments are part of the Constitution, but the 16th only modified section 8 on HOW to collect the tax, the power was already there.
If you have no respect for precedent then you have no respect for law in the United States, because that is what our law and legal system is based on.
RetSquid 2 years ago
You're right, I have very little respect for the judicial branch of the U.S. government. I see it as a system of laws forced on people by a coercive monopoly. There are so many laws, it's impossible to keep track. The laws are interpreted in different ways by different judges & juries. Many punish victimless crimes.
I think it's interesting how you separate the "how" from the power, when the "how" defines the power. & places very deliberate limits on that power.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
For example, If I have the power to defend myself, and someone attempts to slap me, I don't have the power to decapitate them with a chain saw. This would be an example of claiming to have a power regardless of the "how" used to define it.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
Not really a good example.
Congress already had the power to tax pretty much everything, the Constitution places few limits on that power.
Your right of self defense is limited to just that, defense, you can't claim defense when you "decapitate them with a chain saw".
RetSquid 2 years ago
I define "defense" as the prevention of harm against yourself. Using force to stop an attacker qualifies. We define what force is justified based on the circumstances & how it's carried out.
Taxation, like defense, is a general term. If limits are not placed on it, then the government could stop anyone on the street and demand that they empty their wallet. Does the government have the power to do that? If not, then the government's powers are limited by how taxes are to be collected.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
"prevention of harm against yourself."
Decapitation hardly qualifies.
Limits are placed on taxation...the law is the limits.
There is no limit on amounts except for the self limitation of the voters who pick the representatives.
RetSquid 2 years ago
Killing an attacker does prevent that attacker from harming you. Im done with that debate.
Voting is a joke. Politicians do not represent voters. They represent large campaign contributors, because only by pleasing large contributors can they get re-elected. So according to your logic, there are no limits on power. I believe that's almost entirely right. If there were limits in the Constitution theyre ineffective. The only effective limit on power expansion is government collapse.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
If you use excessive force then you are the agressor. The force used has to be in proportion to the attack.
RetSquid 2 years ago
That treatment of law is why our law is so easily bent.
truthadvocate 2 years ago
Section 8 - Powers of Congress
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises...but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States
Amendment 16-Income Tax
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Constitutionally those are the limits.
RetSquid 2 years ago
Exactly. They did not have the power to tax in this way, until the 16th Amendment was added.
And the 16th amendment is invalid, because involuntary servitude means involuntary servitude. If they were only talking about slavery, then they would not have stated "neither slavery nor involuntary servitude."
When a judge claims that having our wages stolen by the government under the real threat of violent force & imprisonment, is not involuntary servitude, they are denying the reality of the IRS.
truthadvocate 2 years ago 2
The courts do not agree with you:
If the requirements of the tax laws were to be classed as servitude, they would not be the kind of involuntary servitude referred to in the Thirteenth Amendment.
Porth v. Brodrick, 214 F.2d 925, 926 (10th Cir. 1954).
RetSquid 2 years ago
Courts disagree with men who wrote & signed our founding documents, so I don't take that personally.
I think it's quite predictable that a coercively monopolistic court system would generate unjust & unlawful decisions.

But because the court did decide that way it is now the law.

It's ironic that the Browns and their supporters are "outraged" that the Feds tasered this man. It wouldn't have happened if the Browns hadn't REPEATEDLY told the media that they were armed and that "The only way we're coming out of our home is as free man and free woman or in body bags."
The Feds had reason to believe the Browns and their supporters were dangerous, and they took every precaution to avoid an armed stand-off that would endanger the lives of agents AND "tax protesters."
moroveus 3 years ago
It is their right to "be armed" they never concealed that fact, they could have, they were honest about that. So they prewarned that if any unlawful action was taken against them (which there was) that they would die for their cause and use their right to defend themselves. Theres nothing wrong with that.
Mercenaries do not uphold the law, case in point theres no law against these folks or law broken to justify arrest. There must be "a law" in order to actually "break it". They broke no law

moroveus 3 years ago
yea, but there is no Federal law stating that the normal citizen has to pay an INCOME tax.
Aaron Russo points this out in "Freedom to Fascism".
The IRS does not define income, the tax was meant for corporations to pay taxes on their income, not citizens to pay the tax for them.
greyface01 3 years ago
Walk into federal court and argue that. See what happens.
moroveus 3 years ago
if you watch the documentary that I already mentioned, "Freedom to Facism" by Aaron Russo, thats exactly what happens, after the "tax evader" won his state trial, it goes to the supreme court, and there is no federal law to uphold normal citizens paying an income tax.

Drugsdrugsdrugs 3 years ago 2
Are you quoting Stephen Monier's June 7 news conference? If so then there are a couple pieces of slack the observer should extend:
1) Fog of war between statement-giver and shooter
2) The shot may have been a warning shot, although it appears directed.
3) The shot may have been less-than-lethal ordinance
Still, for someone to say "no" when asked if they fired a round...that would seem to be inaccurate at best. Got a link to the statement?
RidleyReport 3 years ago
Busted, they completely lied and there's the proof. They were asked if what the guy said was true "Did you fire at the brown supporter" While shaking head no they said "We did not use deadly force". They wanted to mislead people into believing they didn't shoot without actually saying they didn't shoot in those words. However "we did not use deadly force" is still a lie, they used deadly force but didn't succeed. Too bad so sad, if I was in the jury not guilty would be how I'd find the protester

Though I see the smoke on the video, I find it strange that smoke would even be visible from a normal firearm. What was that marshall shooting that would create so much smoke?
giggan1 3 years ago
guns fyi shoot bullets propelled by "gun power" when a round is struck a spark and gunpower create a small explosion inside the rifle.
Buckman82 3 years ago
I also shoot, though perhaps I should have been a little clearer. It isn't the presence of the smoke, but the quantity in the vid that surprises me. After watching again, it could look this way due to lighting and poor vid quality.
I remember having heard that when Oliver Stone was making 'JFK' they had to use a smoke machine for the grassy knoll shot because none of the firearms they tried created smoke visible enough for a camera. Though they were surely using blanks, meaning less powder.
