  • When the "Cash Cow" idea was created, the employees of Hatteras were ashamed to be labeled with this cow. The CEO, being the kind of guy that he is, fired those who complained. He made one guy, in fear of getting fired, get a tatoo placed on his arm of the "cash cow." Honest. He wanted to show the entire company that the CEO had the power to make everyone fall in line. true story
