Opana Is nice but Garbage ... they put silicates in it , you know what that does to you? The Real OxyM pills were taken off the market in the 70's , these new opana dont have the same effects , I have a prescription for both opana and oxycodone and the oxy are only 10 mg , opana 20 , i prefer to rail the oxy 10's x2 to one or even 2 opana because its a better feeling with the OC more pure and up

I prefer 40mg Opana ER over OC's. If I am not mistaken, 40mg Opana is equal to about 120mg of oxys, be careful, I snort half of one at a time, but I have made other heavy opiate users pretty sick for hours from only a quarter. <---- dilauded bangers.
@philip21786 i think you are mistaken about that conversion...id say 40mg opana is good for someone who likes somehwere between 70-90mg of oc....id say the OM is about twice as potent as the OC (tops) you cant really set them equal to eachother but like someone with a tolerance where an 80 OC nods them would prob only need bout 40mg of opana to nod...the 20's of OM are def about equal to a yellow 40 of OC...in my humble opinion

oxycontin is "synthetic" heroin? that doesn't even make sense. they are both synthetic opioid analgesics, and both are manufactured since they are not naturally occurring opiates. hence, both drugs are synthetic, and one is not some kind of chemical transition of the other.

The time-release was too slow for the acute pain and he started chewing, snorting, and finally shooting up the drug. When he ran out, he registered under another HMO. And then another, with a fake name. In no time at all he had to buy heroine. I prefer 40mg Opana ER over OC's. If I am not mistaken, 40mg Opana is equal to about 120mg of oxys, be careful, I snort half of one at a time, but I have made other heavy opiate users pretty sick for hours from only a quarter. <---- dilauded bangers.

No, its not synthetic heroin but it has been described as such for many physicians and other highly educated people.
It derives from the opium plant just as heroin does yet it also has a mixture of codiene which makes the comination synthetic...whereas heroin and morphine are natural.

no, they are not dangerous. Propoxyphene is a deriviative of methadone, another safe drug. They all have been administered safely for over 40 years. That might be true but that doesnt mean that a pot smoker inhales the same amounts, i.e., parts per million of the toxins. My point is the same as the surgeon general's: its not always WHAT you smoke, but HOW & HOW OFTEN you smoke it. PPL who smoke cigs are habitual in a different way than that of a pot smoker. Not to mention the many differences in the ways ppl smoke pot which invites dozens of variables.
