Harley Quinn should be put in the next movie. It would sort of be a waste to put Catwoman in it because she was already in Batman Returns and Harley Quinn is like the only popular female villain who hasn't been in a move. And I have an idea of who can be the next Joker, the guy from "The Joker blogs."

I love the idea of riddler in batman 3. Harley would make more sense, but seeing as she's never been portrayed in a movie, it might be tough. I don't think they'll do arkham version of Harley though. =/

For one everyone get it through your heads. Harvey Dent a.k.a. two face died in the Dark knight when he fell off the building. Also Christopher nolan is trying to go for a more realistic batman so he is cutting out the supernatural villians like poison ivy, Mr. Freeze,Killer Croc and Bane.

Now it would be awesome to have the Riddler, Harley Quinn,Catwoman and then either penguin or the Joker or how about both

@awesomeman07 I would say not have that many villains as you just said. I would think 3 maximum villains: Riddler OR Catwoman as the main villain, Harley as a secondary villain, and Joker as a tertiary villain.

The only thing I've read is that Megan Fox was considered for the role of Catwoman. Nolan was working with Tim Burton on ideas and a possible story that jumps ahead a few years. And believe it or not, Jim Carrey was asked to play The Riddler. Just rumors for now.

Yes. The Joker could still be in Arkham Asylum but have associates working on the outside like HQ assisting the Riddler. Heck since TDK was so long I could see them squeezing in a back story of how the Joker seduced Dr. Harleen Quinzel to his way of twisted logic. Brittany Murphy for Harley Quinn!
