I love both teams, Sharks #2 and Ducks are probably my #3 team (Hurricanes will always be #1) and this was the most intense game I've seen this year. Felt just like the Playoffs, and I'm sure a more serious rivalry will result from this.

this was an amazing game. i watched it in my dorm room w/ my roomate after my second final. This was a great game w/ playoff-like tensity and it was fun to go back and forth w/ my roomate (he's a ducks fan, im a sharks fan). This is one of the few cases where the schedule works out nicely, because this is THE marquee matchup of the NHL this season and we have six more games to look forward to.

The goal off the deflection was lucky, but hey people have scored goals off of bounces off the ref. Hockey sometimes does crazy things, and the Sharks eeked this one out. Would have been an interesting OT, the Sharks were great in OT last year but have only been there once.
