I normally head to othe oher planet, and complete every mission there. it nets you a very nice Black knight.

Circle strafing is effective enough in this game, at least at regular difficulty. All I'm upset about is lancemates getting in my line of fire.

So... you are not upset about the lancemates mechs fitted with long range weaponery, like gauss rifles and LRM's who get to fight at 200-300 m range... Really, this game was fun, but too stupid to even consider AI as existent.
