I got some really big news! It is now official! "Dumbo" is finally going to be release on Blu-Ray/DVD on September 20th. You should go out and buy this film. The DVD was scheduled to be released back in the Spring of last year according to the end of the trailer, but after so many delays, "Dumbo" is finally coming out on Blu-Ray/DVD for the first time on September 20th. This is your chance to get it! Good luck!

Its supposed to come out in February 2011 in the USA and Canada cause Dumbo is 1941 hence 70th Anniversary but it didnt come out in Canada yet dont know about the US and anyway Europe already got it 2010 Spring whats the deal with that

this ticks me off, they have been advertising this blu ray since snow white came out on blu ray in 2009, i love the disney classics and cant wait, but no release for it for over 2 years, i speculate that they will release it in october, since that will be the official 70th anniversary for dumbo, ive seen clips of 101 dalmations, jungle book, peter pan, on blu ray but we wont see them for many years i just love these movies but i wish they would release them faster ! best blu rays out there !

Whats wierd to me is how Lion King is released also in Blu Ray 3D this year and Beauty and the Beast gets released again with a Blu Ray 3D touchup I wonder how that will look with 2D and any disney animation is so real as it is

@SirTimothyMarton yeah disney is focusing on blu ray 3d, but i dont know if that would last, to be honest i dont like 3d, and the technology is constantly changing all the time, in a year or two theyll have better technology, i wear glasses and hate wearing glasses over glasses. for mediocre effects, il stick with blu ray for the moment, i love it and my hd tv.

but the lion king is probably my favorite movie from the disney rennaisance, hey and the incredible comes out in april, pixars rocks to

@isaaculibarri I dont like 3D as much either Im just interested how 2D will look in 3D I dont really have anything against trying it but honestly Disney movies are always so well drawn and created they're alive anyway Lion King is my absolute FAVORITE I don't have a 3D TV or Blu Ray 3D Player but Im being it in that package anyway cause first off I plan to buy the updated systems and two well the movie is worth that much

According to "Color Me Mine" website under "Promotions", it says that "Dumbo" will be release on Blu-Ray/DVD on August 2011. I've just heard that last week, the "60th Anniversary Edition" of "Alice in Wonderland" is already out on Blu-Ray/DVD. I hope Disney will get another chance on releasing it. Don't forget, "Dumbo" coming August 2011.

looks like the Blu-Ray release of "Dumbo" is delayed once again until further notice. "Alice in Wonderland" the 60th anniversary edition will be coming out on Blu-Ray on February 1st instead.

I got bad news! "Dumbo" was scheduled to be released a few days ago, but now it is going to be delayed until Feburary of next year which is 2011. That is going to be some bad news for "Dumbo". I hope if this DVD or Blu-Ray will come out by 2011, it'll be there. Just wait and see.

The trailer is on the new Snow White blu-ray, and it doesn't look as though it's been restored very well. You can still see bits of dust and white specs which is unacceptable, given the condition of the Platinum/Diamond editions.

@miniroll32 I think we're going to see a much higher quality on the release. The Snow White trailer on the Pinocchio blu ray wasn't any better than the Platinum version of Snow White, but it was noticeably improved when it came out. When they produced this trailer, they still would have had half a year worth of work left before Dumbo would be ready to go to press.

Underrated? Dumbo's pretty well known. I personally think Atlantis, The Rescuers Down Under, or perhaps Treasure Planet might be Disney's most underrated.

i know how you feel. I just got my first Diamond Edition Snow White on Blu Ray hard decision but it was so worth it...get a Blu ray player and start a blu ray Disney collection. :-)
