  • Thanks for sharing this!

  • First time I've ever heard this wonderfully lively and inventive piece which was featured on the Composer's Datebook for this Friday, the 13th of 2012. The orchestra and its director do a marvelous job of performing it but the audience, unfortunately, is a bit thin and the applause a bit wan.

  • Stravinsky rulessssssss

  • @eduardosteppenwolf Even as a kid he was already experimenting with new sounds - the sound of hands clapping together with the slap on the cheek he heard from a beggar in St.Petersburg.

  • @MrAkihiros one of the greatest composers in history and one of my biggest idols

  • @eduardosteppenwolf Hi, since we share the same idol I'm just curious what piece of his made you decide that he rulesssssss! :)

  • @MrAkihiros let me see emmmmm aaa yeah the rite of spring of course the day I heard left me paralyzed from the shock

  • @eduardosteppenwolf Nice user name, I actually understand it... yay for literature!

  • @Xenocide31337 yes is so, my friend, greetings from México

  • I'm not familiar with the conductor nor the reputation of this orchestra but for them to play this very difficult piece and superbly at that deserves a big round of applause. And by the way, that prim blonde lady plays a mean horn.
