Where did you get all the sound effects and music from?

The sound effects are actually AK47 (For the AK101) and Benelli M104 (For the pistol) gunshots added in separately, and I got them from Project Reality, a simply awesome mod for BF2. The music I believe is from the original soundtrack for the movie Mr. Brooks.

Yep, they're both the same person, I just used tricky camera shots to make it seem as if there are two people, but if you take notice, you never see both of them in the same shot

hey man really well done video, my only suggestion would be to turn up your anti aliasing so that the game looks crisp and clean instead of all those jagged edges, Unless you have it turned off for a reason. Either way really well done.

I apologize for I cannot answer your first question, but I do know that it's definitely by Chamillionaire... Hmm, should have credited him :/

And to make HD with FRAPS and Windows Movie Maker, you just simply have to publish your movie with a "Windows Media HD 720p" type of compression, and it turns out to be HD. Have fun with that! :]
