for the bacon, use a bacon press. Once you use it, you will never go back. And it's called smell-o-vision ;-)

add a little adobo and sour cream and omg...forgettaboutit! these are crazy good! takes a little time but well worth it! if your cooking for friends or family this is gonna knock it out the park.
