  • the others im not too familair with.

    but gestation crates are a good thing. being kept in a confinded space keeps the sow from moving around and risk hurting the babies, even when they babies are born they are put beside the mother so the babies can still sucklet but the mother cant get at them. lowering the chances that the mother will lay on one of them or eat them.
