Saw this at the cinema and it was pretty epic. Nice balance of action to dialogue, compelling story, and great special effects. Also quite funny at times. I have to watch it on sitemoovis.co.cc again... :D

yes i agree this movie is not meant to scare people. to me it showed 2 things. 1 people will be cruel if this would happen. meaning they would leave you to die in order to save themselves. and 2 no one will give a damn about you and your family if this happened. its basicly every man/woman for himself/herself.. but this ain't gonna happen so cheers.

Okay people, 2012 was not made to scare people that the world would end in 2012. It was made because the director thought it would be cool if he made a disaster film about what it would be like IF it really were gonna happen. So its not gonna happen but it was still a cool movie.
