For those going on about him not being the real Skinner, I think everyone's pretty much dismissed it as Non-cannon now, even the characters themselves. Hence when they showed This Skinner in his mother's womb in the Curling episode.

He's not the *real* Seymour Skinner, but he served alongside Seymour Skinner in Vietnam, so some of his flashbacks could well be real.
