@yosef019 Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 has a Motion Blur setting built into the render settings. Render with Quality Setting set to Best and voila, Motion Blur!

You CAN get that in-game, you can either mod the game or look around the settings (I think).

NICE playing man - I'm Blindskater5042 on Steam but on Insurgency I play as M.C. Ðevvo. I usually hit up Ego servers. I also like to play as an Insurgent to use the AK 47 hip-fire style. If I'm on the US team it's probably because they're on an unbalanced map giving them the disadvantage - or they have too few players (most people like to play as the USMC.)

This is a FREE mod for half-life2 (which in itself is excellence) get HL2 and then just dl this 4 free. Even better, for 15-20 more bucks (proly adding up to $40 or $50) you can get HL2, Day of Defeat Source(pure multiplayer WW2 game-really good) and the popular counterstrike source.

the card i played with in this video was an nVidia 8600GTS. but im currently using an nVidia 260GTX. the only reason why this looks so good is because i played the demo back with very high graphics and then extracted the frames like that. so it appears to be extremely high quality gameplay when i actually plat at half those settings :P. im sure my new card could run this game full no problem though haha

you can get this game for free off of Steam, just do a search for Insurgency in the Store section. it runs off the Source engine so you must have a Source game already installed such as CS:S or DoD:S or HL2. a good comp doesnt hurt, i used to play it with my AMD64 3200+ with 2gbRam and a GeForce 8600GTS flawlessly with decent graphics settings.
