@PulverToastUNKL Yes well on the vidz and website they do not put a prominent notice..they act is if every Smart Tv works the same..in all markets. That is simply NOT the case as hundreds in Holland and Canada have discovered after opening their " presents" over the Holidays.. No web browser. No way to enhance poor sound withexternal [USB] speakers.. etc.

BEWARE that SMART HUB functionality varies across models. We purchased 2 2011 SMART HUB models several weeks ago only to learn from Samsung Support that they will not support the browser. Samsung's marketing is quite deceptive on this and the typical person is making a buying decision in the store, not spending significant time researching (it's not easy to find this info on the Samsung site). Hey, if it's advertised as SMART HUB why should you end up getting SMART HUB Lite?

Dont buy samsung 3d LED tv's , my 6Series din't even last for a day, started flickering and ended having dead pixels . Samsung 3d Tv's are Sham.

fool tv.. Recently bought. NOt working after 2months.. No smart ness in the Tv.. Poor service . Yet not replaced or refunded my money back... Cant operate through keyboard & mouse other than remote...Waste of money & Mental harrassment from the company...
