@Blindmagsmorning If there isa revival, I really pray they recast Betty Buckley as Maraget. She was INCREDIBLE! But if there is a revival, the die-hard fans would probally not be happy, considering there would have to be drastic changes. I always hear the same thing about it "Some great moments, but the majority is painfully bad."I'd only like to see it for Betty Buckley, and I some of Carrie's songs were good. But it probally get a lot of attention cause people will wanna see the legendary flop

To those who don't get how Carrie became a musical: The producers who commissioned this decided to do so after watching a performance of Alban Berg's Lulu. Loook up Lulu and the whole thing looks much less misguided.

there are actually some really amazing songs in carrie. with a re-written book, a few omissions, and brilliant direction, the show could actually really work.
they need to get rid of "Out for Blood" and "Do Me a favour" and they should re-right "Watta Night" apart from that the rest of the songs are great, by the way if you would like the Carrie soundtrack and to watch the show i know a site you can get EVERYTHING from, even the script and score
something i noticed that was kinda funny when she shows carrie the bible at like 1:07, she is suppose to be showing her the book of genesis (the first book of the bible) and she opens to the middle of the bible :D just pointing it out

Girl playing Carrie sounds like she's trying to audition for American Idol at 1:54-2:03. She's REALLY out of tune with the mood of the piece.
