@happybrianna18 I got them at the Kinzstyle Outlet. I found them on the table in front of Polly Jean Collie. Now all you have to do is keep visiting the Kinzstyle Outlet, look at the special idem on the table in front of Polly Jean Collie, then you'll see the Chipettes dresses if you're lucky.
