Straight from the TR1 Developers, this guys name is the Atlantis Boss. The 3rd being Atlantis Horsemen. The other 2 atlanteans are crawlers(melee) and fliers(with wings)

the torso in the original looked creepyer and nastier wich is better and plus, the lava in theoriginal version was wierd,,, wen u fall in it by accedent, you fall on it not in it....wen u fall in it...its like a flat floor and u dont go through it and plus it makes the bone crackin noise wen u hit it wich is wierd cuz itz not solid......weird huh?(add me ^^)

@cheekygalsage A torso is the main part of your body that your limbs and head are attached to.

So basically your chest and abdomen.
