Now, twice I've had a doughnut with bacon on it and it was AMAZING. These kinds of things on an occasional basis are something that I enjoy.
That being said, what bothers me about this dish is that it's so unoriginal. The more sensible (and more easily edible) thing would be to take one doughnut and slice it in half, not unlike how bagel sandwiches are served. The fact that they threw two doughtnuts into there just seems... uninspired.

For those who eat or cook this food and you get diabetes then its your own damn fault. Look at Paul Dean all that fat and eating those foods for years are going to get you one a heart and two type two diabetes. If you want to prevent this then get out there and exercise instead of getting eating this type of food all the time. Eat fruits and vegetables and eat small meals five times a day to keep your metabolism going. If you do that you can turn your weight and health around.

However, I am sorry for her diagnosis and I think people need to accept responsibility for their own actions - no one has ever been forced at gunpoint to watch Paula Deen's TV show.
