The truth...Richardson raised taxes in NM for the middle income and lowered taxes for the rich...just like Bush! He supports a health plan that protects insurance companies-not people...shameful! He refuses to help the support staff at UNM hospital... 40% of those hard working employees qualify for medicaid. Nearly 50% are hispanic! More shameful behavior! They deserve better! They deserve a living wage! Do the right thing. It's not too late!

Glad to hear Bill finally sound enthusiastic about something ("I'm going to win!"). I like Bill but it bothers me that his candidacy can be overlooked simply because of his deadpan delivery and lack of passionate speeches showing he feel strongly about the issues. (I refer you to John Edwards' "rally" speeches.)

Undecided voter here with an observation. While the other candidates say they will not get out right away, they give very specific reasons why. When Richardson says he'll get out he simply says he'll rely on diplomacy. In a nation like Iraq where the government can't agree amongst themselves, what can this guy do to make them all agree with him?

I say this not to be anti-Richardson, but to get a reasonable response.

His idea is that as long as we are there, they are *not* going to agree. That if we pull out they will have to sh*t or get off the pot. And if they don't? Well, it won't be our problem.

I don't know if I agree with him: I like him for other reasons.

Despite what they say about Gov. Richardson, he's still the best chance the Democrats have in winning back the White House after 8 years of GOP tyranny. Bill Richardson has my full & unwavering support.

Yes, Richardson is the only candidate who can shut them down. By "them", I'm talking about the GOP. They cannot beat him. Richardson is pro-2nd Amendment, so they can't attack him on that. He also has a bold and increasingly popular view on the horrid No Child Left Behind, (no luck attacking him there), and has A CLEAR distinction on the mess that is Iraq. Looks like a winner to me.
