Opium poppies are also a plant, people collect the milk that is extreted by the flowers just as we collect resin from flowers to make hash. Opium is a drug also when it is consumed. I would look up the word 'drug' in the dictionary.

@alecrubin69 dude, buy some shwag, grind it up really good, and put it into a coffee filter to make a teabag out of it. Boil up a cup of water and put the weed teabag in there just like you normally would. It gets your super super super high.

Marijuana is not water soluable therefore, just boiling water and putting weed in it wont extract the thc and will just waste your weed, that's why when you just take a bud and eat it, it wont get you high, you need some sort of fat like butter or oil in order to get the thc extracted.

1 gram of weed + 1 cup milk + 1/4 cup cream (optional, but it increases the fat content) for 20 minutes simmering on medium heat. It'll start to turn green, then strain with cheese cloth and use. It sometimes tastes rank, though, so feel free to add some vanilla extract to it to cut the taste.
