If a Christian says he loves Jesus but never spends any time with Him, then it would be similar to a boyfriend saying to his girlfriend that he loves her but never really spending time with her.
If you think of your devotionals and time spent with God as more of a relationship thing than a routine or something you HAVE to do in a religion, then it really makes you think.
If you really love someone you normally spend a lot of time with that person. Think about it.

i measured every minute last year i brushed my teeth. twenty eight hours.
a good practice is to designate your bathroom time as God time. i'm not saying solely your bathroom time, but it helps to start there.
now, i don't spend an hour a day there, but if you just take a dry erase marker and write down a bible verse a week and the names of all the people who are on your prayer list, and read and pray over them every time you see it, it makes that time spent in there all the more worthwhile.

Jesus Christ, who suffered and died for me, who endured the death of the cross because of the joy that was set before him, wants to hear me talk to him. THe God of the universe wants to spend time with me and I tell him, "No, thanks." Oh, wretched man that I am.

it is true that a mass or service often last for an hour but it doesnt mean that God only matters only for a hour...
God is relevant to our every waking moment
He does not require us to be in a mass for every waking moment but rather we do things that please Him in our every waking moment
