I'm really a big fan of cyclone,but I think that the nutritional supplements work best only if you really train hard in the gym and on the field,I don't know how many youngsters do more than 14/15 hours of heavy trainings per week.
after all cyclone is the best I really recommend it
@stabcitySB well if you bulk up a lot ,, it will a bit ,, and if u take cyclone it probs will but usually it wouldnt ,, for example habana is fairly bulky ,, he runs 10.4 lol
what do people use to shed fat and build muscle, i've used promax but didn't really work for me, maybe i just wasn't training hard enough, but can anyone give me some advice?
I would recommend promax diet and thermobol. Promax diet will give you all the protein and support for your muscles whilst not having to many calories. Thermobol is great for shredding fat when used alongside a good diet and good workout plan. Also i would recommend calorie counting, you need to burn more than you consume!!!
to be honest mate i wouldnt even look towards using a supplemet to shed body fat. you can use all the supplements you like but if your diet isnt under control they wont make any difference. i would look at getting a good diet plan to follow first with high amounts of complete proteins and very little bad (saturated) fats.
may be a bit late, but check the mens health magazine forums for tips on this sort of stuff (the discussion boards). You dont have to bother with buying the magazine really, because all the help and information you could possibly need is on it in some form or another. My advice, go on their forums, post your weight and height, goals, diet and exercise programme and see what people say about it. Quick response. less fat, carbs before and after training, and consistent protein, with exercise :)
I use Progain - better than all the others I've tried. Chocolate flavour tastes great. Mixes well in my blender. Not at all 'wallpaper-paste' consistency that other protein shakes have. Thanks Maximuscle!
as far as supplemets go for bulking up i would again make sure your diet is well designed for building muscle before using supplements. plenty of calories (i.e. more than your bodies currently using) and taking in quality carbs, complete proteins and good fats every two or three hours. after getting this sorted start to look to incorporate supplements such as a good whey protein and carb mix. the key is calories, you wont get bigger if you dont overload the body with high quality calories!!!!
progain will add mass. Take it maybe twice a day and do heavy weights three times per week and cardio maybe twice. Have plenty of rest, plenty of sleep. a ix of 1 cyclone per day after training and a proain at breakfast and/or evening (either as a meal replacement or before bed) along with a heavy weight regime will see the mass pile on my friend (muscle not fat)

otherwise do what you want,it's your body and your health,not a problem of mine!
