WOW ~ this is great. I recently discovered that Yoga came out of Kemet and NOT India and I was overjoyed. I LOVE YOGA and to know it is BLACK is so wonderful. But what is even more wonderful is seeing a SISTA take the time to make a video of Yoga movements. Is there any chance you could film a 5 minute lesson? Sistas like me WANT to workout with a SISTA. NO black woman has produced a fitness DVD specifically for black women, but I sense that a WHITE woman is waiting in the wings to do it.
