How to install a skin for Football Manager 2008

I installed the skin but now i don´t have any skin, now my game game doesn`t run just go to the part of the initial loading and stops becoming all black...samebody can help me please?

I opened a Skins folder a skins folder i pasted my gradient and gradient left skins there and then i went to preferences to Display and Sound and No new graphics were shown there just Fm 2008 and Fm 2008 Left what should I do

Now go to Sports Interactive

Now open Football Manager 2008

Now open Skins

Put your unzipped skin into the skins folder.
