The defense team used the media in every way possible to coerce people into believing Caseys' innocence. What hipocrites!!!!!!! The parents made hundreds of thousands of dollars from doing the same. I had respect for Jose Baez throughout the trial. But I just found this guy Mason horrible whenever he opened his mouth. He kept pretending that he was in charge of the court- when he was speaking to the jury in the closing statements his tactics were disgusting and if I was a Juror I would have had to restrain myself from voting guilty just to pop his pomposity.
He speaks as if Casey is innocent,anyone with half a braincell knows she killed her daughter.She was not found innocent by the jury.....they just said,the needed more evidence to convict her of murder.I think they had more than enough evidence for a conviction....they let her walk.I'd be willing to bet that at least 75% of the jurors are liberals.You know how stupid liberals are....lol
Jurors have to come to a conclusion from evidence and dismiss their emotions. That is the only way a jury can be. The prosecution had a poor case and they charged her too heavily for the evidence they had. Cindy could have done it just as easily as Casey.
@candiceevans1 innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean innocent altogether. Let me tell you, this justice system is extremely flawed. Personally, I don't think that any ACTUAL evidence should ever be left out of a trial. EVER. It's a dirty trick by even dirtier defense attorneys to help an evil person maintain their freedom. @54nmiller You have the same name as my sister..these jurors just wanted to make big money off a high profile case..and they knew they would only get called to paid interviews on a non guilty verdict..this case seem to be more about winning for the defense..and making money for the jurors.. than it was about justice for a sweet little girl..and everyone knows that..but not many will come out and say it.
