The cheapest way to get the paint in my opinnion is. Go to walmart. go to the color picker, grab "electric lime green" grab a gallon of BASE interior flat latex and have them mix it for u. $8 after tax.

You have to fill in the shadows with lights closer to the screen. Light the screen, then light your actors separate.
