@tatertots725 It's a "soundy-likey" version of Rage Against The Machine's "Freedom", different sections of the same song - using the original song would be really expensive, so lots of companies make similar versions. You hear them a lot, for when they can't afford to use stuff like the James Bond theme in other movies, etc.

it is supposed to be a horror comedy- which means taking the mickey out of itself, because the british dont really rate horror as a genre! The cast is awesome though! Mrs Timmins from Larkrise to Candleford, beautiful american girl from Love Actually, half the cast of Uk Death at a Funeral. Couple of faces from Doctor Who series 4.

The brits can make and take a joke! wooop!

I saw this movie without seeing any trailers, glad I did cause I took it as a more serious than black humor. But I did laugh a lot but in the trailers they make it seem like such a comedy film. Also I didn't know steve was the main focus so that makes it better because you don't who's gonna surive. If you haven't seen the trailer don't just watch the movie. That song from 00:57 on is definitely a cheap rip at Rage Against The Machine's "Freedom". Only when it got to 1:11 was I able to conclude that it is indeed ripping off Freedom...that bothers me.

It's close to an Office Space blended with Deliverance. It's like one of those 80's juice commercials where no one ever imagined "mango and watermelon could ever taste so good together!" And for a tangy twist, Severance is riddled with political messages. I liked it. And I sat through a lot of blood and stress just to see the topless admin assitants.
