pencil is good for beginners but it really depends on your preference. if you have really steady hands, liquid liner would be good but it takes practice.

I know you didn't ask me but I think I can help you with that. Pigments are a loose and eyeshadow is pressed. you use pigments when you want a strong color or some sparkle effects (because it's easier to get sparkles in pigments.) Basically, eyeshadows are made from pigments and some other stuff. You'll get more fallout when using pigment. I hope I helped and if I am mistaken, someone please correct me.

I love the stila liquid eyeliner that ur using.. Cover Girl also has line exact that is shaped the same(I think it makes it a lot easier to apply) and I have also used that it works just as great and it $10 cheaper.. give it a try.

I love the blue wig. =) I've considered dying all my hair blue, but I'm not sure it would look very good with my pink skin tone, so for now it remains pink on top & surrounding my face & blue underneath & on the bottom.

I find that with liquid eyeliner if I do it in a bunch of teensy tiny strokes instead of trying to do one long straight line it ends up smoother in the end and its easier to keep control of the brush, just my 2 cents :P

Hia Heather, Yeah I hate doing liquid eye liner. I think I will start going with what I learned at college and that was to wet an eye liner brush and just apply dark eye shadow as the liner. It worked perfect and also you get a lovely smokey effect even if you do go off a bit..lol
