Thanks for the suggestion- it could very possibly be an Asus2. When arpeggiating over Billy's strumming, James plays a variation of a chords: for instance the x02410 that you mentioned, Am, and Asus2 (just to name a few). It could be any of those, that Billy is playing.

P.S. I forgot to mention: When he sings "feeling in your heart", the chord is x2403x.

it's kinda strange,but in some ways corgan's singing voice has returned to being able to hit the higher notes with almost none of the usual angsty,for lack of a better word and no offense intended,screeching. this is most evident on some of the "bonus" zeitgeist songs,and most of the american gothic songs. he tried to go back to it on G.L.O.W.,but let's be honest, corgan sings too "well" now,which i suppose pisses off the fans of the Siamese Dream/Mellon Collie/Eye/Batman and Robin singing style

...well i do however like the previous sound of the pumpkins, zeitgeist is kickass no doubt but it sure sounds like the former Zwan effort. i agree that he's more percise with his tone this days..mellow n kinda laidback. mellon collie was the tree on top of the great hill then gradually fell down, sad to say that billy even mentioned that they're done writting album instead they'll be just doin singles..i do hope that's just billy rambling nonsense..viva smashing pumpkins 4ever

This picture is pretty funny. It's like the fat woman and Billy are pure opposites of each other. Female - male, fat - skinny, white clothes & shoes - black clothes & shoes, old - (relatively) young, no hat - hat, no guitar - guitar, looking left in the pic - looking right in the pic, blonde hair - (shaved) brown hair, left hand up - left hand down (ok that was lame), sitting with back towards camera - yeah you get it... :D
