I'm sorry but I think people are aware of what happens when they move their arms. All of the wii movements are relatively simple and safe. Anything that results from using the wii besides what happens in the game is totally the user's fault. Injuries are usually a result of the user being a spaz. Moving the wii quickly in front of you does not mean lob it as hard as you can into the TV. Unless you are physically unable to develop basic muscle control I'm sure this video is useless yammering.
