heh heh a big encampment of my pals and "colleagues" of a sort are in the Mission... and this could be any one of their hundreds of international visitors... was his name Carlos? I couldn't tell if it looked just like him, but they do have someone of his dancing fool capabilities temporarily occupying their space... and it's awesome. I honestly would have joined in. Oh yeah:last Sunday I DID grab a pal & we joined a group of hot, uber-talented Africans, learning seriously tiring FUN dance moves!
