This is kind of a lie, he wasn't being completely truthful,the drug problem came long before Victoria, she even said she chose to stay silent because of the burden he was already carrying,that it was after a period of deduction in Andy's weight that she knew it had to be drugs and his erratic behaviour which is addict behaviour and when she told him to choose her or the drugs,he chose drugs.

I want to thank all of the Americans who embraced Australian singers and their songs, some still live in Australi and some emigrated overseas, one being Andy Gibb. I feel humbled being alive in an era where there are and were so many talented peole who have made my life enjoyable through music and movies. I thank all of them very much.
