Um, I don't think it could be Jack because 1. I'm pretty sure that Lisa would remember him and 2. Jack was surprised when he saw the scar - he would have known what he did if it was him. The scar was the secret he didn't know about even after stalking her for I forget how long.

The throat jabbing and fighting back thing was because Jack said "Thanks for the quickie" which may have been what was said after she was raped. She wasn't going to let someone else take advantage of her again.
