Does anyone know where The Who concert footage is from? It starts 2:17 and ends at 2:33

I know that the last frame at 2:33 is from The 2nd Set of The Tommy concert in LA in 1989. I think that the crowd shots are from the same concert.

That package blew me away that night. It just lit the fuse on an electric night. It was really freaking me out and I was loving it.

There's another video of this taken at the show, and although they take the camera off a couple of times, and the sound/picture isn't as good, it really brough me back. I just remember that sound and the crowd reactions. I want to go back to that night so bad, it was just magic.
