  • this game used to scare the crap out of me! lol... beautiful song

  • kemény a vidi nagyon a te stílusod emléxel még freenight ra?:D

  • Aww, mr. crewcut halfway through doesn't remember what it's like being happy?

  • amazing song. totally amazing.

  • maybe "intense demonic attacks" would have been better suited for a game like this...

    ANYWAY... Great vid regardless!

  • I love the F.E.A.R. series, and I love venetian snares... 100% win.

  • i like the "i remember being happy" part

its a lot like this audio part they bring into this song by The Swans called 'minus something'

  • The game is FEAR.could u tell me please what program u were using when recording? Thanks

  • Killa choon!

  • I love VSnares but what game is this?

You should watch my "Doom of Winnipeg" vid. It's similar.

  • Nie wiem czemu pisać komentarz po polsku. Kawałek jest dobry, jeden z lepszych z Roszz Csillag, która wg mnie nie jest czymś wspaniałym patrząc przez pryzmat breakcore. O wiele lepsza jest Cavalcade of Glee.

  • Can u give me a hd quality version link or just a better quality?

  • fuckin ass its a greet video

nice sync the video with music

    gratZZ

  • your mother sucks

  • Why??

    damn spammer

  • Your computer must be really fast if you could record a video like that and playing a game at the same time :o

  • hehhh widze ze jestem jedynym polakiem komentujacym ten kawalek i filmik niestety ludzie w naszym kraju sa bardzo zacofani jesli chodzi o muzyke mam nadzieje ze kiedys to sie zmieni swoja droga uwielbiam ten kawalek a filmik jest genialny hehhh venetian snares pieeeeeknie gra :)

  • @gabber1910 - nie jesteś sam! :D ^^

Great song and very nice video ^^

  • hmm...

jest cala masa ludzi "swiadomych muzycznie"... ;] heh

  • Zajebisty kawałek. Myśle że to ze słucha i rozumie tą muzę tak mało ludzi, czyni ja wyjatkowa...

    Pozdr.

  • Aaron Funk is a genius, especially with this song by my opinion...It hurts u a little bit inside when u listen every drum and every little effect...there are 9 minutes of inside pain, and thats how this song begins...It reflects this double feeling like sadness, heartbrake and vengeance afterwards...I think even mozart or joshua bell would be really impresed by this violin...

  • great video, really.

  • good video with good combination of venetian snares.¡¡¡ awesome presentation.

  • really well thought out :) really gives the desired effect

  • I really like how towards the end it feels like it's about to slow down, but instead it just Explodes!

  • This is as powerful a commentary on our times and the intensity of anger and despair that surrounds and informs life during these times of Afghanistan and Iraq and Iran. Somewhere there is the courage to move beyond all this and no one should be forgotten. Hellinger is trying to bring them back and those joining in having experienced the healing will never give up. Blessings all

  • ...Wha? I don't get it.

  • Amazing editting job on the video!

  • i LOVE Venetian Snares :x

  • I would be very proud of this video! Good work!

  • Mikor meghallottam egy Venetian Snares számot, pont arra gondoltam milyen fasza fragmoviet lehetne csinálni. Pont ilyenre gondoltam! Köszönöm az élményt! :D

  • Haha, its pretty scary. When I play F.E.A.R sometimes i listening at Venetian Snares. Btw For first time i heard ketsarku mozgalom, its was so perfect. I love the girl, i love the drums, i love the beat.

  • Drums - awesome

  • I've never played F.E.A.R., so I don't know what it's about, but the song and game seem to go well together. I think the video was nicely made, especially the attention to the changing tone and the beats of the song.

  • THE GUY IS CRAZY (FROM GR)

  • vsnares > fear D; \m/

  • People saying this is distasteful are ignorant. The man came out to play a memorial show for the people shot in the seattle massacre at the 2112 house, and we can all appreciate the difference between a game and real life.

Getting offended for other people can be patronizing. In this case it is.

We enjoyed challenging normal ideas/genres of music, and to call the association distasteful says far more about the speaker than it does the subjects.

  • Whisc game is this?

  • Its FEAR. Nice game. Got some good blood effects. :-)

  • do uhave it?

  • Fear are the greatest Game to the Pc I just love it

  • video games arent really my thing, but this is pretty cool and you did a good job matching up with the song

  • Whis game is this?

  • Its FEAR. Nice game. Got some good blood effects. :-)

  • do u have it? can u give the torrent?

  • No.

  • so do u have it?

  • and to be fair this is no less art than the original song. it might not connect with you in the same way and it might be a different medium, but the principle of 'creative expression' remains the same. Perhaps not to the same standard, but at heart its the same thing.

  • how can you truly ever know the intended context of the artist though? How do you know for sure that the maker of a piece of art wasn't thinking or intending something entirely different during its creation? There's too much emphasis on resepcting the artist, yeah you can appreciate their work but at the end of the day its about the art and what it means to you, not its original creator

  • Great song, good editing but i find this video offensive. There is something about VSnares that is beautiful and special, none of A.Funks songs should be taken out of context like this.

  • art should never be restricted by context. The maker of this video saw a relation between the two things and combined them in a way they saw fit. The media is not out of context, you are

  • I would hardly call cutting a movie of a video game up and putting it to music art. I agree with what you say but I would never artistically put something out of context if I truly respected the original artist

  • How is it out of context, song was about being bipolar. If you played FEAR, you will know the game relates to the horror's of being bipolar via nightmares and gore

  • I must wonder, Tonic. Are you particularly aware of A. What goes on in F.E.A.R. in the first place, or B. What Snares was thinking in the first place when he wrote this. Now I'm quite confident K1chi did a fine job of explaining it all to you, but I can't take that lying down, you know? First of all, I'm a F.E.A.R. fanboy. PLain and simple. F.E.A.R. Fits Snares disturbingly well. I dare you to go try and make it through F.E.A.R. and see if it wouldn't fit. I dare you.

  • i did, it doesn't fit it, shitting on a bitches' face fits it better

  • lol shitting on a bitches' face nice...

  • Hahahah the video fitted perfectly.

  • wtf, this video wasn't deleted?

  • Aww, boo hoo. Someone sees something they don't like so they displease everyone.

This is called "Free World", it's a concept similar to democracy except you seem to have no part of it.

  • man don't get so raged

  • i think its lush, one of my favorite songs, but i think im the only one who injoyed the video, im sure aron funk dont care that much, its a fucking video game! but it was a good watch and listern, well synced

  • i watched this video because i was looking for some new venetian snares music to listen to since im new to breakcore. i liked the video but i think the only reason i liked the video is for the song. since its the first time ive heard the song, it kinda bugs me that whenever i hear this song again im gonna get a videogame killing spree image in my head instead of something nicer

  • haha

  • Damn, you guys are harsh. I mean, personally I could care less about the video game stuff, but I am not gonna rag on some guy for taking the time to sync a kickass song up to his videogaming.

  • Well, I can empathize with the poster of this venetian snares track to his massively awesome maze running with a gun targeting random individuals. I shot my mother and father to this song as it played through my ipod. I had a gun similar to the one in the video game. I love this song.

  • There are actually some violin parts played by A.Funk I believe on the album. Most of them come from some eastern european classical piece.

  • people are still sick on the other side

  • djzero000 you are talking out of your butt! It's all sequenced ;)

  • when its true what you say than every amv or whatever is "shit" like this - every song has an intention which is not to bring into accord to any video.you could say whole youtube is shit when you reconsider your stupid comments. and why the hell are you watching this video?

only to show youre present in the internet to write crap?youtube is full of bastards like you...so sad

  • lol poor guy, he only wanted an ace tune to put to his game thing, i dont think this is any discredit to Aaron Funk or anything hahaha, doesnt make this amazing song any worse.

  • I was gonna to flag this video, but they don't seem to have an option for "bullshit" or the like.

  • very exact cutz. but dude, he made this music inspired by the beauty of budapest city in hungary. u canT use that for posing with your gaming skillz!!! f/o big time!!!

  • the apex of nerdy sadness soiling venetian snares' best music.

    you sir, are a twat.

  • yeah this was really distasteful.

  • one of the best tunes from venetian snares without doubt. he even learned the violin for this album. unbelievable musician.

  • yeah... i mean, the editing is good, but FOR GOD SAKE!!! REFLECT THE GDMN MUSIC!!! thank you.

  • Most ridiculous use of Vsnares I've seen. Some beautiful emotive music used as a soundtrack to a FPS game. That SUCKS.

  • Actuallym Unagi, I found it fit quite well. F.E.A.R. Is something of bipolar, like this song. One moment all is quiet, you're walking through a corridor. You see something in the window on the door. You fire through the window and it disappears with the shrapnel. You're on edge. Kind of like this song. A haunting violin disappears into the darkness of the snares. Now I'm not trying to be condenscing or anything, I just disagree. Take a good, long look at this AMV. Trust me. You'll feel it.
