I dig bratmobile, and they were definitely part of the riot grrl movement but they DID NOT START the riot grrl movement!! No one band or girl did for that matter! if anything, a bunch of uncredited dc area women did and its a shame that all these bands and individuals get credit for it when its just not the case.
