I think it's good how the instructors always wear helmets in these videos, even when they're not on a road and simply giving the great and helpful tips they give. Too many people ride bikes on the road without a helmet. The silly stigma that wearing a helmet isn't 'cool' is just stupid and misses the point, in that bikers don't wear a helmet to try to look 'cool' in the first place
