This is not real (the first 1.30). It is titled "Tetra Vaal" and is a short film by Neills Blomkamp, just before he was slated to produce the ill-fated Halo movie. This, and "Alive in Joburg" are what brought him to the attention of Peter Jackson (and eventually led to "District 9").

Search for "Tetra Vaal" and "Alive in Joburg" - they are outstanding works.

I assume this film is a work of fiction in the Blomkamp style, but don't panic - these robot's don't exist :)
