Soon as i saw the title of this vid I said to my housemate bet he's gonna make the exact same smoothie as me....and you did!! Only difference is I add a bit of ground cinnamon in mine and soak my oats over night in my shaker in the milk/water so that they're not all bitty when drinking. You should give it a try it it makes all the difference I use this for my pre/post workout meal as train real early. Can't imagine what i would use otherwise. Keep em comin bro.

I tried variations of this before. I always wanted to try with the frozen banana, but never remember to pre-freeze one lol. Hopefully I'll remember and try this soon. One thing I found is it works much better with instant or 1min oats as they soak up the liquid much faster and are easier to drink. They are still all natural with nothing else added just cook faster so it's all good.
