This guy and Ninja Kong were very hard. Sumo Kong though was pathetic which surprises me considering he is the last of the Kong bosses you have to fight.

Very fun game but very short. I think this guy along with Ninja Kong were the hardest bosses in the game. Sumo Kong was a joke. Ninja Kong should have been the last kong with Karate Kong being fought before him.

He always fakes me out with the kicks. I dodge one of his kicks. Then he freezes, making it look like he's gonna kick me. I flinch, then I get kicked. He's really tricky.

Pretty interesting fight.

I reckon it's easier if you dodge two/three of his attacks before striking him, particularily after you dodge an attack and a slow motion cutscene occurs. That's when you strike.

I think your doing it wrong.

He's not really that hard. You just have to dodge him twice when he's throwing his hand aginst you, then you can hit him.

Insted of hitting him over and over and over again.

you kinda got schooled for the first 40 seconds of the video, maybe it's just me but donkey kong seems to powerful in this game...unless, maybe they're just showing how powerful he really is.He would be imensly strong from all the adventures he's been on.Even so they should have had an insane mode.

I agree. It's kinda stupid that your energy depends on how many bananas you collect. I mean you're practically immortal later when you try to collect those medals.

I just hope they make a sequel. Jungle Beat has much potential. Maybe the wii version will be even better with the wii controlls so way not a sequel?

@Rock1Golem: Obviously, DK was holding back a bit here, like a proper sportsman. Also notice that the SECOND Karate Kong got serious, he was pretty much plastered all over that log he's standing on.
