Season 4 was my favorite VGR season but I don't like the Hirogen. They show up out of nowhere and are determined to kill our heroes for no reason other than some dopey hunting culture. They were used for interesting things: the array to contact Starfleet at last, the wounded 8472 who forced Seven to confront her prejudices, and, though it was a bit kitschy, the WWII holodeck program. But an episode ABOUT the Hirogen is not going to be interesting in its own right.
