and Len sings well with Rin because I have yet to hear a song where he sings with someone else XD

Btw, KaiMei is my favorite duet from vocaloids. I also love RinxLen duet (and I don't ship them: their voices just fit together).

No, they are not. Even Kagamine Twins are not really twins, but just mirror images of each other.

There are no relationships between vocaloids, because there is no canon. Their relations, personalities, even sexual orientation changes from song to song.

No they are not related, Kaito and Meiko are made for their voices to suit each other thats why they're often used together, and the manga writers support KaitoXMeiko so they are the only semi official pairing in vocaloid.

The creators of Vocaloids don't confirm the exact relations between them because saying some are lovers or siblings (etc.) would interfere with the creativity of the song producers. So, basically, they can be anything you want. You can have them be brother and sister or a couple or partners in crime (etc.) Ok?
